Farmer Law PC would like to introduce one of our great team members, Modupe Adamolekun. Modupe is a strong asset to the Farmer Law legal team. She is the sweetest person who has a great attitude day in and day out. Modupe is a team leader that is resilient to anything.

How long have you worked at Farmer Law, PC?

“Around 8 months, so coming up on a year! My first day was August 30, 2021.”

What is your job title and what does your job entail?

“Job title: Associate Attorney” “Job Details: There are a plethora of different responsibilities that are inherent with the Associate Attorney role. As an attorney, I’m often involved in the implementation and evaluation of strategy through legal research and writing. On a daily basis, I conduct a review of documents and filings to ensure that the details submitted reflect accurate information. Further, I’m always engaged in consultations where I help determine clients’ eligibility for the immigration benefit sought i.e. eligibility for H-2B, H-2A, E-2, H-1B, and employment-based green card.”

What motivates you to get up and come to work?

“The opportunity to be surrounded by brilliant minds and be engaged in meaningful work that makes a difference to people’s lives and livelihood is a great motivation to work at FLPC.”

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

“Work culture matters –the people you work with can play a crucial role in one’s overall well-being and mental health. This is why I treasure my time here at FLPC and regard the ability to be a part of FLPC’s amazing team as a blessing.”

What do you like doing outside of work?

“Besides spending time with family, I like to run. Being out in nature is very therapeutic. Plus, I plan to run another half marathon this fall, so I’m currently training for that.”

What is one thing that not many people know about you?

“I’m a miracle child – my chances of survival at birth were slim, and I was unable to crawl or walk until I was about two years old. That’s why I was named Modupeoluwa (Modupe for short), which means thank you God.”
